"Hot Stuff" είναι ένα Πλατινένιο  hit single το οποίο κυκλοφόρησε το 1979 απο την Αμερικανίδα τραγουδίστρια Donna Summer ως το πρώτο single από το Άλμπουμ της Bad Girls της δισκογραφικής Εταρείας Casablanca Records.Μέχρι εκείνο το σημείο, το καλοκαίρι είχε κυρίως συσχετιστεί με disco τραγούδια, αλλά αυτό το τραγούδι έδειξε επίσης σημαντικές ροκ επιρροές συμπεριλαμβανομένης μιας σόλο κιθάρα από τον ex-DoobieBrother  και Steely Dan κιθαρίστα  Jeff "Skunk" Baxter. Είναι το πιο δημοφιλές τραγούδι της, με βάση τις επιδόσεις στο Billboard Hot 100.

 "Hot Stuff" κέρδισε το Summer the Grammy Award for Best Female Rock Vocal Performance("Το Καλοκαιρινό Βραβείο  Grammy για την Καλύτερη Γυναικεία Rock Φωνητική Επίδοση" ) που στην εναρκτήρια χρονιά το βραβείο δόθηκε έξω.Βρέθηκε στο  #104 στη λίστα των 500 Μεγαλύτερων Τραγουδιών  Όλων των Εποχών του περιοδικού Rolling Stone.Το τραγούδι επίσης βρέθηκε στο  #67 στη λίστα του Billboard's Greates και #104t στη λίστα των τραγουδιών Όλων των Εποχών.

Το τραγούδι έμεινε αξέχαστο με την εμφανισή του στη δίασημη ταινία  The Full Monty το 1997.

Κατά τη διάρκεια μιας εκδήλωσης Τύπου για τα 50α γενέθλιά του, Κάρολος, πρίγκιπας της Ουαλίας βοήθησε να αναδημιουργήσει τη σκηνή στην οποία οι τέσσερις βασικοί χαρακτήρες θα  ακούσουν το τραγούδι, ενώ περιμένουν στην ουρά στο γραφείο ανεργίας.

"Hot Stuff" is a Platinum-certified, #1 hit single released by American singer Donna Summer in 1979 as the first single release from her Bad Girls album through Casablanca Records. Up to that point, Summer had mainly been associated with disco songs but this song also showed significant rock influences including a guitar solo by ex-Doobie Brother and Steely Dan guitarist Jeff "Skunk" Baxter. It is her most popular song, based on the performance on the Billboard Hot 100.

"Hot Stuff" won Summer the Grammy Award for Best Female Rock Vocal Performance in the inaugural year the award was given out. It is ranked #104 on the updated Rolling Stone magazine's list of "the 500 Greatest Songs of All Time".The song also lists at #67 on Billboard's Greates#104t Songs of all time.

The song was memorably featured in the popular 1997 film The Full Monty. During a press event on his 50th birthday, Charles, Prince of Wales helped recreate the scene in which the four main characters overhear the song while waiting in line at the unemployment office.
